| 1. Do you have new knowledge and skills you will apply immediately? Please describe. | Yes! So many great skills and ideas were presented during this talk. I absolutely loved it because what was discussed is so relatable. For me, more of an awareness of negative self talk and how to reframe it is definitely something I need to work more on and I would love to implement the 365 gratitude project. |
