Dear Colleagues, In listening to this mediation on the 10% Happier website, I found myself able to just get a bit more distance from my habits of worry and planning – Experiencing a spontaneous and effortless joy arise in me. This Memorial Day let us memorialize those nurses among us who have fought in this pandemic, those who have risked their lives, those who have been sick and those who have died.  Gratitude and appreciation for those who have led the way, I believe, is a great part of building joy in our practice.
