I was just thinking about the ways in which we strive to give meaning to our suffering in this world… 
and this quote made me chuckle a little at myself.  Have a joyful day!

Joy in our Practice

We are typically quick to extend grace and forgiveness to others while festering on our own mistakes.  Similarly, we go out of our way to do nice things for others, yet feel guilty or selfish when taking time for ourselves.  My challenge to all of you is to practice self-compassion daily in whatever way you need.  The world in 2020 is particularly stressful and challenging, taking the time to care for yourself, ensures you are there for others who need you.
