The Black Joy Parade in Oakland California celebrates the Black experience and community’s contribution to history and culture with its signature parade. Something to replicate in every town – including Boston!

How wonderful we are in a relationship-based practice. He mentions the person you get your coffee from each day as a relationship. Imagine the power of a nurse.

I lost a key relationship in my life over the holidays – my faithful companion of a little more that 14 years. However, the humans in my life have risen to the occasion. I can call them in the middle of the night as the clip suggests. Don’t worry – I haven’t!
