As we develop and offer self-care initiatives for clinicians, the push back is familiar – on the cusp of martyrdom. I started looking at “Joy in a pandemic” and found some fun links. One to pet therapy available in MA! Remember to put your oxygen mask on first so you can help others and remember Nightingale’s caution to tend to self-care versus sacrifice.
