First of all – apologies for the lateness of this email.
I was at a yoga class last night and the instructor was taking about being in the moment and how being fully present gives you the gift of time. This got me thinking about mindfulness and the busy-ness of my day and how I never got a chance to send out the Joy in Practice email. When you have that seemingly endless to do list, try to pause and focus on the task you are currently doing, give that your full attention to complete it before moving on to the next item. You will be amazed at how this shifts your attitude and how much more productive you become.
