Dear blessed colleagues, I wanted to share this advice from Thich Nhat Hahn.
I invite you to do a little experiment today and think of someone you can touch today with a simple act of compassion. Or perhaps today that someone who needs a bit of extra compassion is yourself? Either way is just fine. With an openness of mind, experience the way this act of compassion makes you feel in your body, mind and spirit. Take the time to feel without skipping on too quickly.
