Today I wanted to share with you a quick 2 minute meditation designed for centering before a meeting. I don’t know about you but with meetings being more virtual and running back to back, I find myself missing the 5 minute walk/dash from 1 room to another. I never realized I used that time and physical activity to let go of the previous meeting and prepare for the next.
I’m trying to use this meditation a few times during the day as a way to re-center and focus.
